Changing the colour of the header box - SWF Styling

Hi,

I'm trying to change the header colours.

I'd like to change the blue to red, I have the CSS Colour ready.

I've got the SWF Editor ready, but is the colour set for each box? Or is the colour like a static variable?

How would I go about this?
