How can I change my ip in a easy cheap way

If you have a dynamic ip all you'll need to do is restart your router

For how long should I restart it, do you mean unplug it?

Also how do Ik if I have a dynamic ip i'm a noob sorry!

well for me all i need to do is hold down the reset button until it restarts, which I can tell it has because the internet etc goes down. Or I can login to router manager on my laptop and restart it from there, but some routers you need to keep it unplugged for like 30s or something
