Changing Badge Description not working

Hello, its me, again. Again with a problem.
When i try to change the description of the ADM Badge it dont change anything.
I tried to change the description in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\swfs\gamedata\override\external_flash_override_texts.txt | After i restarted the Emu it didnt changed anything.

Edit: i tried to remove my badge and then give it again. didnt worked

ive found a way, was in badge_definition. there i must change the infos etc to have it in my hotel
