In my catalogue in the staf section i have a lot of stuff what i want for the public to use how to move some of the pages to the public sections

Go to your database (localhost/phpmyadmin) and go to your catalogue_pages section.

In there, you'll find a bunch of pages. Find the one(s) you would like to make public, and change the rank set to view it to "1."
