Is there a way to make it so that
I can show it only to VIP only?
Like the staff catalog?

Yes just set the min_rank of the page to your VIP rank.

I did that but still showing to non VIPs.

On the catalog_pages table find the VIP Page and then set the min_rank to your VIP rank, then just do the :update_catalogue on your client.

I'm trying to hide it if your not like mod
and like the staff pages.

have you used :refreshcata or the equivalent to your server since you made the change in the db?

yes but it wasn't it so I change it back.

The best way to do this is to go through all values for catalog pages and set them up accordingly to your liking.
