If you don't want much work, reduce the amount of starting credits & pixels. Then for the weekly rares & customs must have a bit high prices so they should be earned. Make sure the timer gives low amount of credits & pixels. And for making it public, make sure that their min_rank is set to 1 if you want them to appear to all. That's all I can give, and TeamViewing will mostly lead you to being hacked (like Phoenix licences theft, script kiddies etc...).
