[CATALOGUE] Can't purchase certain items

Hello,
I've noticed this error with the HC Chair on my server but some other users are coming to me with other items that this error/problem is coming up with.
When you purchase the HC Chair,the "Confirm Purchase" window will freeze and you can't close it, press buy or cancel. You won't get the furniture either..

I've taken a look in the database etc, but I can't seem to think how to fix this, does anybody know?

It says "Item 442 not found". In the catalog_items page the item ID is different for that item, so I'm guessing that could be the problem? If so how to solve that? :S

Clear your items table.

The 'items' tables has been cleared a number of times (due to dealing with other things) and it is still an issue..

That's all it says about the item being 'purchased'
