[Catalog] Min. Rank Issue

I've changed all staff catalog to min rank 8. So that admins+ can only access. I did that to every page.
I am a rank 9. I cannot access it. Although, everyone under 8 cannot access it.
My problem: I am rank 9 and cannot access it.

restart the emulator after making db changes or use the command which refreshes parts of the database

I used :updatE_catalogue didnt work, then reloaded. Still nothing.
Just restarted emulator, didn't work.

Not sure, My Level 8 is not online. I have a test account I could use.

use it then, it should work after you restarted the emu, if not you have configured something wrong

make sure when you do ":update_catalogue", look on the Emulator at any errors after you say that.

No errors, and my rank 8 does not have the shop either. Nothing is configured wrong..
I only have to edit min rank for the pages right? Lol

well you must have done something wrong as im presuming your using phoenix and no other server is experiencing this issue
