Can't Make ASE work with IIS

Whenever I go to ASE I get a 500 error.I've moved the web.config and then got the error without it it doesn't work either.

) and make sure you have the .htaccess file in the ASE directory.

In the cms-news table change it from what it is , to vachar if you have Phpmyadmin.
