Can't join/make rooms!??!?

Hey, on my hotel Idk if I did anything or not but when people try to join rooms it wont let them and it wont let them make rooms either.

in the roomexceptions error log it gives me this

I was using Jay's Evo/Lunar released CMS/EMU/DB and I was changing the :about cmd and the habbo.swf... than that happened o.o
