Cant Connect to Xampp

Hi i've been looking for Xampp 5.3.8 and i cant does anyone know where to find it? when i use updated xampp i cant use localhost/secuirty is there another way around that with the other ones?

i found xampp 3.2.1 i looked it up and it says the newer xampps dont run secuirty i believe older versions were better

Google older versions of XAMPP? Or buy a server and use IIS?

Just recently set up a localhost myself. The latest xxamp ran security for me.
