Can't connect to my Navicat MySQLServer On My Computer

Well, I want to edit and rank people, on my computer I use the details and everything, I change the ip to the vps ip but it just wont work? Help? Here's some screenies what happens when i try to connect.

Not sure, haven't used Navicat in forever, and it's just an assumption.

You must be registered for see links

take the file throw it in your cms (HIDE IT WELL)
then you can access it anyways
{url}/sqlbuddy/login.php

Are you sure it's not using a localhost database? If it is then you simply need to change it to the IP of the server and connect with the username and password of mysql you made with the new user connection to your Server IP. It should look like this: username@ipaddresshere

The password will be asked when you go to make the new MySQL password.

Offtopic: Navicat is probably the best SQL viewer as of now.
