After I enter admin details in my localhost/phpmyadmin fields I go to this page.
I tried restarting XAMPP Control Panel. Both Apache and MYSQL.
I haven't tried restarting PC and last think I remember when shutting down there was 1/14 updates.
FIXED - HAD TO CLEAR ALL CACHE. TOOLS>CLEAR RECENT HISTORY>
