Cant access my Website.

I am currently re-making a habbo retro because my VPS restarted -.-

I am Using XAMPP with RevCMS.

But the issue is, No-one can get on the hotel. It can for the VPS by using these web addresses:

• localhost
• 127.0.0.1
• 109.169.55.162

But on my computer and everyone else, 109.169.55.162 doesnt work.

Please Help
