Cannot edit server_settings table?

I can't change my server_settings table. And it's really frustrating. I don't know what's wrong, I've used the database files before and they worked fine. But now I can't change it. It comes up with this warning.

Current selection does not contain a unique column. Grid edit, checkbox, Edit, Copy and Delete features are not available.

ignore the top warning it has worked as you can se eits came up green with a tik and that means the current query was able to processed and changed so it worked basically

I know, but I can't edit the columns. Such as changing the motd or the timer. There's no edit button.
