When Try Put My CMS in The Database It Says Success But Its Not There Then I Tried Putting Pword On And It Shut Me Out Of Php From Xampp 1.7.2 And 1.7.3 And I Dunno What Too Do?

Also If Some Could Give Me A Working CMS And Emu Id Be Happy Too Staff You.
