Hello guys, New here to the forums and all, Just wondering if its possible to run a retro on my own on a Chromebook computer?
Because I cant play anything on the computer or download anything because its Chrome OS so just wanted to now if its possible or not.

edit, Also i forgot to ask if its possible to run a retro without knowing what im going in to, Meaning i have never developed a website before or fixed anything with CMS and etc.
I always wanted to learn how to make a retro of my own, but never know where to begin.
