C# Code not updating for emu

Im Done With my NH Emulator all i need to do is code custom commands for it although when i save it,it doenst update the build of the emulator

Ex: When i Add :Taoratsu [Meaning bounce] It never even comes up.
it worked before -.-

I can code but i not that good at it [im not a M.Z]
