Which version of Butterstorm are you using? Also, do you have Butterstorm SFW's, have you got all the configuration right on EMU? Are you on VPS or LOCAL? Also, are you using Rev, and if so, have you done a reset (meaning have you started the hotel over from scratch), because that worked for me when I was trying. I just deleted all the files and databases, and then restarted, and it worked.
