This is what i get everytime i try and get into my buds hotel's client ive been on it before this just recently started happening i made a different account and this doesnt pop up so whats going on here?

Maybe there is no rank permissions made for that rank

No ive been on it as a Senior Mod worked just fine just out of the blue stopped working

I had this same problem with Phoenix. Then I messed with the newclient.php // Messed it up. Had to repair phoenix... and redo the file. After that worked perfect.

Maybe the history in the database is messed up. Becuase i remember one time, i emptied the users table and thought it would let people online. But, when i got on, it gave me the same issue as you. However, what i didn't know is that you need to reset the user stats and all that.. Maybe you should reset your db . If that dont work, then im lost.
