I've managed to fix it, but now i just have client stuck at 76% ports have been opened.

Plusemu is loeading everything

all worked fine on localhost but not on my website, ports that were 3306,30000,30001 both inbound and outbound

Try shutting off your firewall and trying and see if it is a port issue.

thanks but i have managed to fix it, noob mistake. used localhost on 1 of the client.php

Just open the TCP port 30000 and you should be fine. (Not always 30000 depends on your EMU's TCP port).
