Im back here again, decided to work on a new gif with the help of a template made before. Here it is

Make the animation more smoother. I use to use Adobe Premier for some banners. I don't anymore I just do it frame by frame on photoshop tbf

What do you mean by smoother? Slower? Faster?

I think he means use the 'tween' tool. If you already are add more layers to make it more fluent?

Also the background moves in the background which makes it look less smooth compared to what Chapo showed.
