Hablux is WAY beyond debbo. Hablux is more stable, and have better features. Debbo is just... ugh. can't handle half of the user-count that hablux can handle. And bloodline have half of hablux's codes, as Donkjam gave them to the creators. Go for hablux, it's the best one around imo.

search on google for hablux v3.5 and i would suggest you to also use hablux SNG or w.e as this can prevent script kiddies.

Hablux haven't added those commands to their server. But you can create your own ranks so that you can do VIP etc. You just need to chose which commands you want VIP to have.
