Black boxes form adding customs !! ??

Hello im mike from medshotel.net i just added a customs i added the swf and all that and it come up on my cata as black boxes can someone plz help me thanks .

You've clearly not added something? Either the swf or something.

Could you please provide us with screen shots of;

• The black boxes
• A screenshot of the swf inside your folder

Maybe a bit more information would help.
