Best off-shore dedi servers?

Been looking for a good off-shore dedi, hopefully not cost (too much) but I understand it will cost quite a bit due to it being a dedi in the first place, reliable and also if possible then good support.

Post what hosts you think have the best dedi's and why you think that also feel free to include any previous experiences with that host.
