Best Emu

Hi everyone, as you probably can see i'm new here. So please don't hate on this question. ^^
So, me and my friend decided that we would open a retro. But, we don't know which Emu to get. Overall i've seen many people use Phoenix, but alot of them say it's not that stable. So my question to you guys is which one is the "best" emu overall?

Phoenix 3.11.1 or 3.11.2

In my opinion,
R63 = GTE (Gold Tree Emulator, which is an edit of Phoenix Emulator)
R63B = Mercury (Latest R63B Emulator with the latest build w/ sick features like Cameras)

I'd say Mercury for feautures, but Phoenix for stability.
