Best CMS/Emulator evah

I've been away from the whole Habbo (retro) scene for a good year, and I believe a shitload has changed. When I set up a hotel using RevCMS 1.9.9.9 and the Leenster edit of BCStorm, it somehow felt and looked outdated.

So my question is, what CMS/Emulator is the best according to YOU? Or should I just use RevCMS 1.9.9.9 and edit it a whole lot, or just use bcstorm and spend a week on looking for fixes to update it a bit?

R63 = Gold Tree Emulator
R63B = Plus Emulator / Silverwave
CMS = RevCMS or UberCMS.

Even better for r63b would be, updating plus emu urself to latest ui, ofcourse if u want latest ui.

I find R63B has a lot of issues, I recommend revcms with gold tree emulator.
