Hi guys! As I own a BcStorm hotel, I thought I'd release a few fixes for alot of errors people I have with their BcStorm edit. Here you go then!

Missing Coloured Chat

Got the error where some chat bubbles are missing? Simple fix!

1) Go to your SWF folder and open `external_variables.txt`
2) Find the line; "disabled.custom.chat.styles"
3) Make sure there are no numbers after. So it should only be: "disabled.custom.chat.styles="


Reload once changed!

AdBlock Fix

If your client stays black when an AdBlock is on - the fix is simple!

1) Go to your SWF folder and open `external_variables.txt`
2) Find the code 'banner.php'
3) Change it to 'banner.png'
4) Clear cache and reload!

Battle banzai: Tiles stay green/don't work at all

If you use battle banzai and the tiles are only green, or don't light up, apply these fixes:

1) Open the file 'BattleBanzai.cs' (Butterfly/HabboHotel/Rooms/Games/BattleBanzai.cs)
2) Replace the whole file with this;

Interactions types don't work? Apply these fixes!

1) Find the file 'incoming.cs'
2) Find 'Incoming.HandleWallItem'
3) Change to;

Eject Bug

Got issue when a user places down furni it comes up with eject even via trade? Well just apply these fixes!

1) Find in trade.cs;

banner.png did not fix. The hotel just d/cs me now whenever i try entering it.

banner.png fixed it for me - make sure you've cleared the cache?

And no problem, you did write the fix, only fair to credit you.

Nice fixes, its about time people found out how to fix the AdBlock issue. All that caused it was AdBlock will black 'banner.php' as it thinks its an advert, nothing much more than that, renaming it (like this) simply fixes it.

As for the Eject Bug fix, I wouldn't suggest you do it how you have, do your queries similar to;

PHP:
"UPDATE `items` SET `placedBy` = '" + this.oneId + "' WHERE `item_id` = '" + item.Id + "'";

As all the string.Concat shit is there because the source was decompiled.

But nice compilation.

can you add a fix to where your hotel loads up an when it hits the hotelview screen it doesn't d/c you to an object not found page..

hi I've been having a problem with my emu/retro. I can't place any wall items onto walls in a room. I've tried 2 different bcwtorm emu's and applied the various fixes found in other threads all to no avail. any help is greatly appreciated thankyou
