Yeah that is a exception bug, the furniture doesn't actually "dissapear" it moves it's place. This has got nothing to do with reloading your hotel it's because when you save it the x and y coordinates of the furniture do not save and it relays on the cache of the emulator to look like it is placed there. It is a very easy fix, just look in the room.cs and you will probably find it yourself. I do not release fixes but I have put you to the correct file.
