.batch files not noticing updates

I'm setting up a bouncer for IRC using Java, works fine on my 2003 windows server, but when I edit any .js files and save, the .bat file does not notice the changes and loads the exact same as it did before the update.


Any tips?

.js is javascript, not java

if you're editing .java files you have to compile them using jdk (so they become .class files)
