Banned from Shoutbox?

I did not talk about Habbo and I am banned from the shoutbox. The sentence I typed before I got banned (only one sentence) was something along the lines of: "any new ideas of Fast CGI with PHP vs. C++?". I don't understand how that breaks a rule, a few users and I were having a debate yesterday and on another topic I created.
