Badges On Profile Disappear When User's Offline?

hey guys, so i have a problem and it's probably a simple fix but i aint no dev lmao.. so when a users online their badges show on their profile as their suppose to or whatever, but when they go offline their badges don't show on their profile anymore? i'm on Plus Emu R1 btw
