Badges and Pets wont appear on r63b

How do we fix them because they are broken and wont show someone please help?

oh, u must be using xampp? i used to always have trouble with where to put this for xampp. i tried putting it simply in the .htaccess but i had no luck. i got it to work for iis though by adding the rule to the web.config
