Backing up program?

Is there and programs that will allow you to backup a folder for example I have a web server and a Dedi

I want to backup the www folder to my web server how would this work>?

Why not just copy the www folder and paste it somewhere in your documents?

There's a script using .bat file that automatic backs up your server files. I used it for my Retro
