Azure Emulator No furniture showing?

Hey DevBest, I been trying to make a hotel with the latest UI and been using Azure as my test buddy along with RevCMS, I setup everything correct but I am still seeing this problem

OMG Where is the furni?

To be honest I think it's this problem I get. Every time I start the emulator the emulator shows a "MySQL Query Error" and every time I import the database in pma or Navicat I get a 'DELIMITER' error

Is this related?

Didn't see that coming and erm do you know how to change rank to owner? I am noob for Azure. Just a starter for using azure
