Avatar and Catalog Images Don't Show

Hey guys,

I'm making a hotel on my laptop without a VPS. All through local host so I can do edits before buying a VPS. For some reason the avatar is white and the catalog images and furni don't show, they are white boxes. Here is the print screen of whats going on:

You should probably link it correctly in your external_variables.
