Auto disconnect

When I go to the client of my hotel i'll get disconnected.
One part of my players had the same problem and an other part can enter my hotel
without any problems.
I have tried to use other internet browsers but it doesn't help.
How to fix this?

black client or disconnect issues are usually the result of the swfs either being broken or linked wrong, if its bcstorm some of your users might have adblock plus, with bcstorm you cant have adblock enabled as the client wont let you connect.

Nothing works.. i have adblock disabled, no changes

As Nebula said, disable all adblockers if you have any, clear cache, perhaps GOOGLE IT?!!

I have tried all posobilities, have cleared my chache for a few times and also on an other browser i have the same problem.

Are you using a VPS? If so, can you connect to the hotel via the vps?

No i haven't. I have my hotel for like a month and suddenly the users goes to the /disconnect page when entering the hotel.

your emulator might be off, clear your cache and try again it might be pulling info from before you did an update or something
