AstroRP Emu Help!

So recently I just got this emulator from a friend of mines, Edited it and set it up using xampp, and configed it properly, but for some reason when I type in localhost. This shows up:

And when I try to run the Emulator:

Any suggestions on what's the cause? Thanks!

I don't think you've any file in your directory folder or a index file and you need to download mysql version 6.5.4 to prevent the error in your emulator.
