I would recommend using something known to people then using something random... Serverheros or my favorite XZ Networks

I would recommend Xz over Serverheroes, but if bandwith is the main factor for you, go for Serverheroes.

IIS or Xamp , i prefer IIS

I would suggest NGINX over Xampp
