Arcturus stuck on 76%

I've been trying to make the client work. I'm using BrainCMS and Arcturus emulator using a swf pack from habbofiles.com and arcturus habbo.swf
Everything should be linked correctly and ports should be opened, Configuration is setup well but it's still stucking on 76%
Any solution?
