arcturus client wont load past 76%

so ive been trying to get a server up and running on localhost just for some nostalgia playing really but i cant get it to work and have been trying to figure it out for the past 48 hours but come to a brick wall!

so im using the latest arcturus release from the git (

emu doesnt show any errors but here is the paste

ext vars all have the right paths ive gone through checked them by copying them into the browser etc

dont really know if these are actual errors but ive been trying to search to try and fix them but i just cant seem to get it to work. can anybody shed any light? any help be much appreciated

Double check the links in your external variables and external override variables are set up correctly.
