I wouldn't recommend asking someone this..

It won't exactly be your hotel if someone else buys the VPS.

If I was to buy the VPS I'd rather be Founder and you be Owner. (I'm not buying)

What you should do is become friends with lots of technology people over a couple of months then offer like going halves in a VPS and then both being Founders of a Hotel.
