Like @Sentinel linked you to, just use google translate and translate the text to English. Not too hard.

It's unreliable for whole sentences consisting of more words where grammar and context matters. You can easily use Google Translate for single/double word cases where it'll be correct.

Surely this wouldn’t make sense doing it word for word making up sentences/paragraphs?!

You shouldn't do paragraphs, but let's take the index as an example.
It only consists of a few words in every sentence, which it would translate correctly because there's 0 context in it.
For example "Forgot password?"

Personally i'd find a CMS in English, but if you're wanting to stick to that CMS your best option is finding someone who'll be able to translate the whole CMS into English for you, or try doing it yourself (its a lengthy process translating a cms)
