Sounds like a DoS attack (one IP attacking). You can normally just get their IP, and block it.

Or you can use CloudFlare to prevent such attacks (make sure to get a new IP after switching).

All they say CloudFlare doesn't do shit? Erm. Brother, get D-Guard, and Microsoft Networking Tool 4. Open a new capture then start it up, various of IPs will come up (if it's a real DDoS, various IPs should appear and not just only one), then block them through ranges (using D-Guard):

Check what's the lowest IP you got and the highest IP you got. E.g. 143.5.90.201 and the highest is 224.90.201.5, then block these ranges. If anything exceeds then you might need to extend the range.

Also, if you're getting attacked D-Guard automatically protects you, it changes the status of the type of flood (on the Monitor window) attack's status from Auto-Protection ON to 'In protection' and it's on yellow not green.

Also, the System Status will change from '-- Normal' to '-- Attack' with blinking red icon. I use it for HabPRO before not when we switched to a webhost.

Use Kiwiguard to find the IP of the Attacker and than use Dynamic IP Restrictions for IIS.
