If you're asking this because you intend to host a retro on your home PC, I highly advise against doing this.

For one, this exposes you to the WAN, meaning your computer could easily get pwned with a 0day, giving an attacker full control over your computer.
Lastly, if someone gets the IP of your "retro", they now have your home IP.

If you're asking this for a reason other than hosting a retro on your PC -
1. Open CMD
2. Type "ipconfig"
3. Copy the IP address next to "Default gateway" and go to it in your browser
4. Respond to this post with which kind of router you have

Do that^ because the steps to port forwarding are different for what brand your router is.

It's different for every router, you'd probably have to either look through the default gateway for port forwarding or get your model no from it and then search it up.
