Anyone interested in wanting to help make an RP?

Hello everyone I am currently in development of making my RP again and was wondering if anyone wanted to help/join with me to develope it. It's a V26 CMS etc, I am working on the EMU at the moment to add new systems into the game and wouldn't mind a little help on it.

Requirements:
PHP, C++ and VSS = Visual Studio Solution more known as C#.
Would like you to be at least 15-16+ since I am 20 and don't have to much patience to try and understand or deal with a kid be rude etc.

If you are interested in doing this and meet my requirements please send me a message and I will show you what I got done and what I am planning on with the EMU.

Just to let you know, C++ is not C#.

Visual Studios is just the IDE for programming for such languages as VB.NET, C#, C++ and F#.
