IT HELPS NO ONE WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO GOOGLE OR SEARCH FOR IT AND FIND A THREAD WHERE IT GETS CLOSED WITHOUT SOLUTION

After posting your solution, the correct way to close a thread is to report your thread and ask for it to be closed

All what was needed was to Upin the emu and Pin it back up and restart the emulator and works fine from NOW..
