I have the paid Phoenix Emu and i done config 100% right, but this is the error i get:

You must be registered for see links

If its payed you can not use it just now
Phoenix server is currently down
Try again later when the main server is fixed

Id post a thread on shitaku, seems like your not connecting to the phoenix license server, possibly its down?
