Another help request- ASE

So we're almost done.

• I just need help with the ASE. It keeps saying I don't have the proper rank. I am rank 7, the top.

• On top of that, I tried to edit ranks and add badges, I can't so it for my life.

• I also tried to configure a VIP, and SILVER shop. And I can't get the cata filters to add VIP, and SILVER. Only the Staff one is there. Can anyone help fix this?
• I'd also like if anyone can make the client pop-out. instead of opening a new tab.

The person who helps will get a rank if they want. If they help a lot, we'll just give you VPS access. Thank you in advance.

I'll just tell you of any other issues that are important if needed.
