Hide Dock
Hide Notification Bar
Widget Overlap

Umm, widgets the calender is Cal by any.do and for the music you need to enable zooper and coverart through media utilities, then create a widget through zooper with the following:
2x2
or 3x3
or 4x4
Bitmap blank
Advanced Parameters
[b}#TMU_COVERART#[\b]

Dude, It's because its open source but then again, I'd say its not clean GUI compared to iOS7 is boss, Perfect GUI.
